To enhance your experience with our system, we invite all users to update the App to the latest version 15.00. This update includes important optimizations and several new features.
We have released Omceanbooking App version 15.00 in the App Stores / Play Store. We plan to make this version a mandatory update on 2025/6/29. At that time, to ensure system stability, we will disable version 14.03 and earlier to prevent potential issues caused by version discrepancies.

This upgrade is designed to ensure the stable operation of new features across all devices, including:
Stage 1 of the multi-location feature:
- Location-based role permissions: Assign different roles to staff members at different locations.
- Location-based reports: When switching between locations, only the data for the selected location will be displayed.
More detailed role permissions settings:
- Appointment module – "Appointment" page permissions: More detailed controls, such as restricting instructors from viewing or editing other instructors' working hours.
- Schedule module – "Schedule" page permissions: More detailed controls, such as limiting instructors to viewing and managing only their own classes.
Stage 1 of the shopping cart update:
- Items added to the cart are now saved to the system database and shared across all platforms.
- Few more checks added to the cart to prevent customers from purchasing items which are either out of stock, archived, not for sale, etc.
- More shopping cart settings and management features will be added in future updates.
