Version 18.0.11 is now live, and much of the customer account area now shows your real information and saves what you change.
- Payment History - a new screen in your profile listing what you bought, when, how you paid, the reference number, the amount and whether it is paid or still pending.
- Notification preferences - the notification switches in the app now load and save your real settings, covering upcoming reservations, class changes, reservation cancellations, new passes, waiting list and messages. Options that never did anything have been removed, and on the website you are now told these settings live in the iOS and Android app.
- Email preferences - now load and save your real choices for class cancellation, class reservation, missed class, pass expiry, reservation cancellation and waiting list emails.
- Class History - shows your own past classes grouped by month, with the instructor, location, date, time and whether you attended.
- Waiting List - shows the classes you are actually waiting for, and leaving a waiting list now really removes you.
- Upcoming classes - cancelling a booking from this list now works and follows your studio's cancellation rules.
- Passes, shared accounts and messages - tap a pass to open its full details, see the accounts linked to you with how many passes they share, and read your real message conversations with accurate unread counts. The Messages screen no longer keeps loading when you have no messages.
- Member QR code - now shows your own name and details and generates your code on the device instead of loading it from an outside service, and you can share it.
- Forgot password - you can now request a password reset email straight from the login screen.
- Account shortcuts - Help Center, Contact Us, Share App and Rate Us now work, and Delete Account really removes your account after you confirm.
- Display preferences - your name, date, time, first day of week, timezone and calendar choices are now remembered on your device.
- Terms of Service and Privacy Policy links now open, and dark mode text is easier to read in a few places.
- More screens and messages now read correctly in Traditional Chinese.
