You can now see exactly what the Admin AI assistant does before you sign in.
- The AI section of our website is a working conversation instead of a picture. Pick a guided example for business insights, a records table, or staff and services, then keep asking your own follow-up questions.
- The examples use real figures, class records, staff members and services from the demo business, so what you see is what the assistant actually returns.
- Ask anything in the Try it now! tab: request a report, ask for a suggested next action, or ask the assistant to make a change and approve or decline it yourself. Nothing you do affects a real business.
- Send a photo or a spreadsheet with your question, browse a list of popular actions, or restart the conversation at any time.
- Our website chat assistant is now called Navi. Opening the chat takes you straight into the conversation, with a larger typing box and a list of popular questions.
- Fixes: saved quick-reply buttons no longer disappear, your own messages are no longer echoed back twice, and our published pricing now shows both the regular monthly rate and the discounted monthly rate when billed annually.
