Small polish updates for customers browsing passes and confirming bookings:
- Pass cards line up - passes shown side by side now stretch to the same height, so the list no longer has a ragged bottom edge when one card has less text.
- Booking hold timer - the countdown shown while you finish a booking now always follows the actual hold time set for that class or waiting list entry. If no hold time applies, no countdown is shown at all instead of a generic timer.
- Class details load more smoothly - class and session detail screens now show a cleaner loading placeholder, and a session opened from a link resolves as soon as its details arrive.
