Your customers now see the redesigned booking app home screen, unless your studio is one of those still kept on the previous design for now.
- New home screen by default - every studio outside the list still held on the previous design, including studios created from today, now opens the redesigned home screen with its business overview, photo slideshow, quick actions, upcoming classes, classes, passes, instructors, offers and reviews.
- Clearer quick-action tiles - each tile on the home screen now shows its figure, such as the number of passes or upcoming bookings, on the top line, with the action name underneath.
- Clearer message when online payment is off - customers at studios that take payment in person now see "Online payment is not supported. Please complete payment according to the store's policy." in place of the payment button, in both English and Chinese.
- One rollout for the whole experience - the new home screen, the new checkout, the new class details window on the calendar and the new booking behaviour for appointments now move together for a studio, so a studio switching over gets all of them at once.
