We have tightened what the check-in kiosk shows to the person standing in front of it.
- Checking in with the last digits of a phone number can match more than one person. The kiosk now shows only each match's name and photo, so customers pick themselves from the list without seeing anyone else's contact details.
- Email addresses and phone numbers are no longer included in kiosk lookups, whether the customer checks in by phone number or by email.
- Staff working in the admin portal still see full customer records as before.
