The admin assistant can answer questions about the list you are looking at, and it now makes clear what it can see.
- A new line above the message box shows the name of the page you are on, and - when a list is open - how many rows are attached to your next question.
- Ask about "this row" or "the first one shown here" and the assistant answers from the rows actually on your screen, exactly as they appear after your sorting, filtering, search and chosen columns.
- The rows are read at the moment you send your message, so changing page, sorting or selecting rows is reflected straight away.
- Only a limited amount of what is displayed is shared - the top rows plus the last one on screen - so long lists stay clear about where they end.
- The page name is still shown on pages with no list, such as settings and forms, so you always know what the assistant is referring to.
- Pages left open in the background are no longer mistaken for the page you are actually viewing.
