The admin assistant is now more careful about which record it changes, and clearer in what it says back to you.
- Ask it to rename a family member without naming anyone, and it now shows a short form with a searchable customer list and that customer's own family members, instead of guessing from earlier messages.
- When a customer has more than one booking that could be the one you mean, the assistant shows a pick list of those exact bookings before moving or cancelling anything.
- Moving a booking now keeps the same family member, pass and customer on the replacement booking.
- Asking it to delete a family member and cancel their classes now cancels every booking first, and it no longer says cancelling is unavailable.
- Short confirmations such as cancel the bookings too are now understood as part of the same request.
- Replies no longer include the assistant's own working-out or internal wording, and if a reply would have been nothing but that, it answers again properly.
- If it says it will make a change, it now actually makes it in the same reply instead of stopping at the promise.
- Waiver features are now shown everywhere as Terms and Conditions and Pass - Terms and Conditions, so the assistant and your settings screens use the same names.
- Asking where to find payment, collection or bank transfer settings now takes you to the payment methods page under your add-on features.
- A form left open past midnight now uses the new day when you submit it, so today means today.
