Your admin assistant is now more reliable when it works on your passes and schedule.
- Keeps going after you approve a change: if you ask for changes to your passes, such as new prices, the assistant no longer loses the ability to change passes after you approve one step. It also no longer tells you that changes it already made cannot be trusted.
- New pass settings it can change: ask the assistant to turn Activate on purchase on or off for one pass or many. This setting controls whether a pass starts counting down on the day it is bought or on its first booking. The assistant can also turn Lock activation date on or off, which stops a purchased pass's start date from being changed. Passes that already have the setting you want are left alone.
- No approval requests for changes that cannot be saved: if the assistant tries to change something it cannot change, it now tells you right away. You no longer have to approve a request that was never going to work.
- Books one-off lessons even when the session does not exist yet: if you ask the assistant to book a customer on dates and times that are not on your calendar yet, it now creates those sessions and books the customer into them. It no longer says it cannot help or asks you to enter the dates yourself.
