You can now decide how customers pay for each pass, shop item and equipment hire, just like you already can for classes.
- Passes: a new Payment tab holds the price and your online payment settings. Choose Use business payment setting, Pay later, Deposit or Full payment. Customers can use the pass once the deposit is paid, and the rest is still due.
- Shop items: a new Payment tab lets you choose the same options and set a deposit amount.
- Equipment hire: pick a Payment at booking option and a deposit amount for each item.
- Classes: Payment at booking is now one simple choice. Deposits must be more than zero and no more than the price. Classes that were already set to pay later stay that way when you edit them.
- At checkout: customers see Due now and Due later for each item, plus a Due later line in the summary.
- When you edit a customer's purchase, shop items show the total paid, any amount awaiting verification and the remaining balance. Pass prices now show the full agreed price.
