Booking appointments and equipment hire is now clearer and safer from double bookings.
- When booking an appointment, sessions you are already on are shown in green as Reserved, so you do not book the same session twice.
- When you repeat a booking on other dates, a time you already hold on a date is no longer picked for you and cannot be chosen. You can pick another free time that day, or the date is shown as unavailable if there is none.
- For equipment hire, Duration and Quantity now appear inside the hire item's own card. Quantity only appears when more than one is available.
- A Maximum duration reached note shows when the hire cannot run any longer from the time you chose.
- If you move a hire to a different date or time, it starts again from the shortest length and a quantity of one, so you only see options that are free at the new time.
- Changing the length or quantity no longer refreshes the list of start times.
- The booking confirmation no longer lists a hire's extra time a second time, because it is already part of the hire's length and price.
