A few small fixes to everyday admin screens.
- Scheduled classes search: the search field stays active while results are being fetched, so it no longer switches off part-way through a word and loses your keystrokes. The current rows stay on screen until the new results arrive.
- Blog categories: opening an existing category now shows a loading indicator until the record is ready, instead of a blank form that was replaced - and cleared anything you had already typed - once the details loaded. Creating a new category is unchanged.
- Salesperson list: customer names no longer show an extra space between the first and last name.
