Your admin assistant can now remember the requests and forms you use often, so you can run them again without typing everything out each time.
- Save a request, or a form your assistant showed you, as a Favorite. You can also save forms from earlier in your conversation.
- Your assistant suggests a short name for each new Favorite, sometimes with an emoji. You can change it or type your own.
- Choose a saved form and it opens right away with empty fields, so your old answers are never reused.
- If you cancel a saved form, nothing else happens. Changes from a Favorite still wait for your approval as usual.
- Favorites are personal to your admin account. Read-only accounts cannot use them.
