Two small booking fixes for customers:
- The reservation time shown on a class you booked now uses the time format you have chosen, so 24-hour users see times like 15:00 instead of 3:00 PM.
- When a booking has nothing to pay, it is now confirmed straight away instead of being sent to the checkout screen. Bookings with an amount to pay still go to checkout as before.
