Booking is safer and clearer when a held place is no longer valid.
- A place held while someone is booking can now only be used by the customer who reserved it.
- Held places that have already run out of time are no longer accepted at booking, in the basket, or at payment.
- Choosing equipment for a booking only works on your own held place.
- If a held place is no longer available, you now see a clear message straight away instead of the booking quietly continuing or ending up incomplete.
- Equipment is now always reserved safely, so two customers cannot end up with the same item.
