Registration is a new form type inside the Intake Form feature. It is given automatically to customers when they join, so you collect the details you need once, at the start.
- Given on joining. Every customer who registers after your start date is asked to complete it, including people who register while paying as a guest. It is not tied to any class or pass.
- Choose who receives it. Set a start date so only customers who join after that date are asked, leaving your existing customers untouched. Add an optional end date to stop it later.
- Draft, Live and Ended. Keep the form in draft while you write it, switch it on when it is ready, and see its status at a glance in your forms list. Once a form is live its questions are locked, so answers already collected stay comparable.
- Ready-made template. Start from the New member registration template in English and Chinese, with emergency contact details, injuries or medical conditions, how they heard about you, their goals and a marketing opt-in.
- Part of Intake Form. If Intake Form is not switched on yet, the tour takes you to its card under Custom Features first, then to the new form editor.
