Receipts for bookings that were paid for directly, without using a pass, now show the right details.
- Receipts for classes paid per session now open properly instead of failing to load.
- Each receipt lists every booking on that payment with its price, including equipment hire with any extra hire time.
- Class bookings on a receipt are no longer labelled as equipment hire.
