Small display fixes for forms and Chinese wording.
- A rating question on a form now shows its name on its own, instead of appearing with a stray backslash in front of it.
- More wording now appears in Traditional Chinese, including the confirmation that a referral code was applied, booked classes, a failed booking, the notice that selected equipment is no longer available, and the add-ons and services labels at checkout.
