To improve system safety and keep configuration management clear, we have refined instructor permissions in the Appointment module.
Instructors can no longer access the following tabs:
- Connect tab
- Settings tab
These tabs contain system-wide configurations such as service-to-instructor mappings, room assignment rules, and display settings that affect the entire booking system.

With this update, key configurations remain securely managed by administrators, reducing the risk of accidental changes and helping businesses maintain a more stable booking setup.
Instructors can still manage their own operational settings, including:
- Their working hours and availability
- Their special time or holiday configurations
- Viewing their assigned courses and services
This ensures instructors have the tools they need for daily scheduling, while administrators retain full control over system-wide configurations.
