Adding a customer to a course now starts their pass the same way a normal booking does.
- If the pass starts on first use, it now starts from the first course class booked with it, and its expiry date is set.
- A pass that has already started keeps its original start and expiry dates when you book more course classes with it.
- Past classes you choose to skip when adding the customer do not start the pass.
