If you connect another system to your studio, it can now do more of your scheduling for you.
- A connected tool can add a session of one of your existing classes to your calendar at a chosen time, and can set the room, up to three instructors, and public or internal notes.
- The session lasts as long as the class you picked, and anything left unset simply follows that class, exactly as if you had added it yourself.
- A session can be added to an existing course, and everyone enrolled in that course is booked into it automatically unless you ask for that to be skipped.
- If the room is already in use at that time, the session is refused and the clashing session is named, so a room can never be double-booked by mistake. Instructor clashes are checked when you have that setting switched on.
- Connected tools can now also read your list of courses, including how many people are enrolled and how many sessions are scheduled, and can see which location each class belongs to.
