New setting "Limit customer cancellations" is added to each pass setting on version 12.03!
Use this feature to restrict the number of times a customer can cancel an appointment using a single pass.
This is typically used when customers purchase passes with unlimited sessions over a period, and the business wants to prevent frequent cancellations. This helps manage appointments more effectively.
- When setting a value greater than 0, you can limit the number of cancellations allowed for this pass.
- Tip: Setting the value to 0 will prevent customers from canceling appointments using this pass.
Please note: The value set on the pass page will be the default for new passes issued to customers. To adjust settings for passes already sold, you need to manually update the passes held by customers.
