The guided tours in the assistant have been expanded and reorganised.
- New Business Information tour - shows where your business name, logo, photos, opening hours, address and map, and public page are kept.
- New Coupons & Discounts tour - covers discounts, coupon codes, referral codes, redemption history, and discount settings. Available when the Coupons & Discounts feature is switched on for your account.
- Users tour replaces the Customers tour - now covers the customer directory, shopping carts, merging duplicates, transferring and rolling over passes, adding passes, and shared accounts.
- Shorter System tour - a quick five-stop walkthrough of Calendar, Users, Classes, Passes, Instructors, and Settings.
- Suggested next tour - when you finish a tour, the assistant now offers a recommended tour to continue with.
- Take a tour again - completed tours can be restarted from the beginning at any time.
- The Appointments tour now includes appointment instructors and explains the booking order, instructor choices, room allocation, and whether full time slots stay visible.
- Tours that only apply to features your account does not have are no longer offered.
- Fixed: restarting a tour could resume at the wrong step or show progress that did not match the tour. Tours now always start cleanly.
