Three new step-by-step tours are now available to account admins from the assistant's tour list.
- Add-on features (about 4 minutes) - what you can switch on, how your included feature points are used, the 7-day free trial you get once per feature, which features are currently running, and where to upgrade for more.
- Online payment (about 5 minutes) - connecting payment methods such as card, LINE Pay, ECPay, NewebPay, FPS, PayMe, bank transfer and cash, choosing which methods each location accepts, billing memberships automatically, and confirming that bank transfer and cash payments arrived.
- Reports (about 5 minutes) - the earnings overview, pass sales and memberships, class attendance alongside cancellations, results by instructor, and how customers actually pay.
The online payment and reports tours appear once those add-on features are switched on. Finishing one tour suggests the next.
