We've added two new tools to help studio owners and admins manage bookings and stay close to their members.
- Cancel bookings with more control: Admins can now cancel an active booking on a member's behalf, choosing whether or not to apply a cancellation penalty — separate from simply removing a booking or waiving a penalty.
- Customer insights: Get ready-to-use lists of members to reach out to, each with their name and contact details. Insights include members who have lapsed or are at risk of slipping away, first-timers, members holding a pass but never attending, passes expiring or recently expired, your most active and highest-spending members, upcoming visit milestones, birthdays, new members, membership anniversaries, frequently waitlisted members, and those prone to no-shows.
