Fixes and refinements across class booking and checkout.
- Multi-date bookings: when you book several dates of the same class at once, cancelling or letting the timer run out now releases the hold on every date, and Extend time extends all of them. Each row in the confirmation now shows its own correct date, time and equipment.
- Signing in at payment: if you sign in or create an account on the payment step, the basket you are checking out with is now the one that is kept, instead of being mixed with an older basket left on your account.
- Class booking rules: classes that do not require a pass are no longer shown as pass-only, so customers can book them without being asked to buy a pass first. Classes that genuinely require a pass are unchanged.
