Two fixes to the admin assistant that studio owners asked for.
- When you ask the assistant to move a booking that belongs to a child or other family member, the new booking now keeps that family member. Previously the original booking was cancelled and the replacement was made under the main account.
- The assistant reads the family member from the class roster, so it works even when you only named the session and the booking.
- Short follow-up replies such as "move that one" now keep the booking you were talking about, including when you name the instructor in the same sentence.
- You can now ask about a record's past changes from any admin page, not only from settings or reports. Asking who the original instructor of a class was returns the instructor's name rather than an internal reference, including instructors who have since been archived or reassigned.
- Staff still only see change history if their permissions allow it.
