Editing pay and class settings is now clearer, with more control over which classes your changes apply to.
- When you change instructor pay while editing a staff member, you can now choose exactly which classes to apply it to — repeating classes, courses, and already-scheduled classes — instead of a single all-or-nothing choice. The prompt only appears when you have actually changed a pay setting.
- When you change the instructors on a pay plan, you can choose which classes those instructor changes should apply to, and you'll see a clear warning when changing pay rules will immediately recalculate pay for all future scheduled classes.
- Editing a course or repeating class now only asks about updating upcoming classes when you change something that affects them (such as size, room, instructors, or pay) — simple edits like a name or tag now save without an extra prompt.
- Quickly tapping a button twice (or clicking again after a slow connection) no longer opens duplicate pop-ups or accidentally submits or navigates twice.
- The activity log now shows animated placeholder rows while loading, keeps your filters visible while it refreshes, and loads additional entries without replacing the ones already on screen.
