Appointment booking now shows a more accurate picture of when your instructors are really available.
- Times are only offered for staff who are active instructors and have appointments turned on - people whose instructor role was removed, or who were deleted, no longer appear.
- Availability refreshes right away after a class is cancelled or removed in bulk, restored from the recycle bin, or moved to a new time, instead of waiting for the overnight update.
- Adding someone to a waiting list, removing them, or moving them from the waiting list into the class now updates the available times immediately.
- When a session is already full, it is shown simply as unavailable rather than as an instructor daily-limit message.
