We have made appointment booking more accurate and more reliable.
- Required equipment is now reserved as soon as you start booking, instead of only when the booking is confirmed. If a required item is no longer free, you will see a clear message: Required equipment is no longer available.
- When you join an existing session, your booking now uses the same room as that session.
- Times that fall outside an instructor's working hours, or that run past the end of their availability, are no longer offered.
- When there are several closed periods on the same day, all of them are now blocked, not just the first one.
- Instructor daily limits now include set-up and clean-up time, so instructors are not overbooked.
- Availability now refreshes straight away after studio staff change a schedule, add or move a closure, or change booking settings - including days that had no bookable times before.
