The assistant can now help with family members, and name searches work in Chinese as well as English.
- Customers can ask the assistant - in the app or on LINE - to list their family members, add a new one, or update a name, birthday or note.
- Customers can never remove a family member through the assistant; only staff can do that.
- Staff can ask the admin assistant to list, add, update or remove the family members of any customer, subject to their customer permissions.
- Your two Customer settings switches are respected everywhere: if family members are switched off the assistant explains that and points staff to the setting, and if customers are allowed to view but not change them the assistant will only read them out.
- A removed family member is kept out of sight rather than erased, and every change is recorded in your activity log.
- Searching for a pass or other record by name now also matches its Chinese name, so businesses that only name things in Chinese can find them again.
