The assistant is now better at managing family members on an account and at working with studios that have very long lists.
- Dependents: ask the assistant to list, add, edit or remove the dependents on a customer account. Staff can do this for any customer, and customers can manage their own where your studio allows it. Just say the name - a birthday and notes are optional, and the assistant will not keep asking for details you did not give. Profile photos are still changed on the account itself.
- Long lists: when you pick a pass or a class from a list or open one from its page, the assistant now looks up that exact record instead of saying it does not exist, even if your studio has hundreds of them and even if the record is archived.
- Honest results: if a class list, an attendance roster or a record of past changes is too long to show in full, the assistant now says so and offers to narrow the search, instead of presenting a partial list as the complete answer.
- You can also search classes by name in English or Chinese, and ask for a longer attendance window when a class runs on many dates.
