Cancelling a booking through the LINE assistant is now clearer and safer, and reports sent with a screenshot always get a useful reply.
- The confirmation names the exact booking - the class, date and start time shown before you cancel always come from your real bookings, so you can see precisely what is about to be cancelled.
- Only the booking you confirmed is cancelled - if the confirmation was not delivered, or you asked for a different class, the assistant checks your bookings again instead of acting on a guess.
- Late-cancellation charges need their own yes - if cancelling costs a class visit or points, the assistant tells you the cost and cancels only after you confirm that separately.
- Saying no, asking a question or changing your mind is respected - anything that is not a plain yes to that exact booking stops the cancellation.
- Bug reports and feature requests sent with a screenshot now get a reply that records what you submitted, instead of a generic sorry-please-try-again message.
