1. Adjustments to Pass Management
Starting from version 13.02, the following types of passes will retain their set amounts and points to maintain data consistency:
● Passes that have undergone "Transfer" operations.
● Passes that have "Rollover Points".
2. Purpose and Background of Adjustments
The unit value of a pass (amount/points) is a critical basis for calculating class revenue. Many businesses have reported that manually adjusting passes after transfers or rollover(merge) has caused inconsistencies in reports and inaccurate unit values. To ensure the accuracy of system data, we have made these changes.
These adjustments aim to:
● Ensure precise unit value calculations for passes, leading to reliable reporting.
● Reduce revenue data inaccuracies caused by manual adjustments.
3. How to Adjust the Amounts and Points of These Passes?
If adjustments to the above types of passes are necessary, you can use the following features:
● Rollover Passes: Combine the balances of new and old passes.
● Transfer Passes: Flexibly allocate the sessions (points) from one pass to another student.
4. How to Handle Refunds for Passes?
We understand that some businesses may require refunds for passes. We are currently planning the development of a refund management feature for passes in the administrator dashboard, which will make managing passes more seamless.
