Fixed an issue with the guided tours in the admin area.
- Choosing another tour from the finished setup screen no longer marks your setup as abandoned.
- Your completed business setup now stays recorded, so you are no longer asked to start onboarding again.
- Tours that only unlock after setup is complete stay available.
