First-time setup is now tailored to the kind of business you told us you run.
- Examples from your industry. The class, pass and instructor steps now describe what to add using examples that match your business type - a hair salon sees haircuts, colouring and blow-dries, a yoga studio sees Hatha and Vinyasa, a driving school sees lessons and test preparation, and so on. Your own wording still applies, so if you renamed classes to services or instructors to hairdressers, setup uses your words.
- No repeated booking question. If you offer both timetabled classes and one-to-one appointments, setup no longer asks you to choose between them again on the class step. Your choice from the earlier step is used, and you simply add your first bookable item with a name, duration and price.
- Imported items are already counted. When setup has found your classes or passes from your website or timetable, those steps now start on Not now and tell you the imported items are already included, so you can continue without adding a duplicate.
- The instructors step is now titled Who are your instructors?, the Not now option explains exactly which page you can add the item from later, and the explanation card is easier to spot.
