We fixed two issues in the guided business setup assistant.
- Setup no longer jumps back to the "Connect your business" step after you make progress elsewhere - you now continue from the step you were actually on, such as choosing a starter pass.
- When setup pauses on a form and you come back later, the form and your setup progress list now match instead of showing different stages.
