Setting up your business with the assistant is now a series of short, editable steps instead of one long plan to approve at the end.
- Each step has its own small form that is saved before the next one appears: location, instructor, your first class or service, its schedule or availability, and a pass.
- Your answers are saved as soon as you finish each step, so nothing waits on a final approval.
- Skipping a step no longer stops setup. The step is marked as skipped, the next one starts, and the assistant carries straight on.
- Skipping the assistant name and personality form keeps your current assistant and continues to the business type question.
- If you are already an instructor on the account, the assistant now gives your existing account the instructor role instead of creating a duplicate.
- The Pass step includes a clear "Don't create a pass" choice for businesses where passes do not apply, and that still completes the step.
- Setup progress now only ticks off a step once something has actually been saved, so the checklist matches what really exists.
