Equipment that a group class must have, and that only one class can use at a time, now belongs to the session itself rather than to each booking.
- When you schedule a group class, the session is given the item it needs, such as a court, before anyone books.
- Customers booking that class are placed on the session's item and no longer see a picker for it; once it is full, the next item is opened for the class.
- If no item is free at that time, creating, moving or restoring the session is refused with a message naming the equipment, instead of saving a class that has nowhere to run.
- Staff can move a session onto another free unit of the same equipment, and everyone booked moves with it. The change is recorded in the session's activity history.
- Cancelling a session releases its equipment so another class can use it.
- One-on-one appointments are unchanged: the equipment reserved for an appointment stays closed to other customers.
