Choosing a timezone in your admin settings is now quicker and clearer.
- When you open the timezone list, you now see suggestions straight away: your current timezone, the timezone of your device, and popular choices such as Taipei, Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, Tokyo and Bali.
- Search starts after just two letters. You can search by country, a nearby city or holiday spot (for example "Bali" or "Phuket"), older place names (such as "Saigon" or "Calcutta"), or Chinese names, and small typos still find the right place.
- Each timezone shows its full name, such as "Indochina Time", and the city name in your language, including Chinese names for Asian cities.
- The time difference shown now follows daylight saving time, so places like New York show the correct difference all year.
- If your saved timezone uses an older name, the field now shows it instead of appearing blank.
