Searching your customer list just got easier when families share one account.
- Typing the name of a customer's child or dependent now brings up the parent or guardian who holds the account.
- Matching works on part of a name, ignores capital letters and extra spaces, and works with Chinese names.
- If several children match, the account holder still appears once in your results.
- Removed dependents are not matched, and your existing searches by name, email or customer ID work exactly as before.
