This update improves the admin tools and how signed waivers are recorded:
- The automated emails table now includes a Reason column that explains why an email was not sent (for example, a denied preference, an invalid address, or a bounce), showing "-" when there is nothing to report.
- When a customer agrees to a business waiver, their captured signature is now saved along with their details, so signed waivers are recorded correctly.
