The first payment for subscriptions that use the customer's saved ECPay card is now safer for you and your customers.
- The customer's card is first checked with a TWD 5 hold, which is cancelled straight away. The checkout page explains this, so customers know it is not a charge.
- Before the order is charged, we check that the subscription still has a free place and hold it for that customer, so a full class can no longer be oversold.
- If the plan fills up during checkout, the customer sees that it is sold out, is not charged for the order, and is asked to go back to the app and choose another plan.
