If a customer misses a session on a Dynamic subscription, they can now book a make-up class with the same subscription pass.
- Customers see the make-up classes linked to their subscription and choose a session to book.
- Only sessions that are still open for booking, have space, fall within how far ahead customers can book and start before the pass expires are shown.
- Make-up bookings use the pass's normal credits and follow your usual booking rules. No extra credits are added.
- Only passes bought through the Dynamic subscription can book make-up classes. Ordinary purchases of the same pass cannot.
- Customers who already bought the subscription can still book make-up classes after you stop selling it.
