Customers booking several appointments in one go can now book the same instructor for each of them.
- An instructor chosen for one booking is no longer greyed out for the customer's other bookings at different times.
- Starting a new booking no longer hides instructors the customer already chose for earlier bookings.
- Services that are booked together in the same time slot still need a different instructor for each person, so one instructor is never booked twice at the same time.
