Converting a customer's unused visits from one pass to another through the assistant now follows exactly what you submitted.
- You can convert only part of a balance - choosing 2 visits from 3 now moves 2 and leaves 1, instead of the assistant suggesting the full amount or asking you to confirm again.
- The conversion form is no longer reopened after a valid submission, and an earlier conversion no longer influences the quantity of the current one.
- The note is genuinely optional: leaving it blank no longer causes the conversion to fail, and the assistant no longer says a note is required.
- Typing a question into the conversion form is treated as a question, not as a submission, so nothing is converted and no unrelated time error appears. Cancelling or returning to the chat clears the pending selection.
- The usual approval step still applies, only one conversion runs per request, and the final message reports the visits moved, the balance remaining on the original pass and the new expiry date, taken from the completed conversion itself.
