Confirming an appointment from the older booking page now finishes cleanly.
- The temporary hold placed on the time while the customer was booking is now cleared when the booking is confirmed.
- The time no longer stays reserved after a successful booking, so remaining places show correctly for the next customer.
- Only the customer's own live hold on that exact time is affected; other customers' holds are never touched.
