This update makes the waiver step clearer for customers and gives admins more flexibility when handling messages:
- When you sign a waiver for a pass you've purchased, a summary card now appears above the waiver showing the pass name, how many visits or points remain (or unlimited for memberships), the valid-until date, and the price you paid.
- If you buy a pass that still needs a waiver signed, the waiver step now appears automatically on the next update — no page reload needed.
- Admins can now reply on a message ticket that's already marked complete using a new Reply anyway option, which reopens the ticket so the conversation can continue.
