The admin AI assistant is easier to read and correct, and instructor pages now show the right next class.
- Names instead of numbers: when the assistant asks you to confirm a class, pass, class room, instructor, customer or day of the week, the summary now shows the actual name or day rather than a reference number.
- Remove extra rows: when a request asks for several entries (for example more than one instructor), you can now remove a row you added, and an empty extra row no longer stops you from submitting.
- Cancelled requests are kept: if you cancel a request the assistant made, the card stays in the conversation marked as cancelled, so you can see what was declined and leave feedback on it.
- Feedback while a request is open: you can now rate a request card while it is still waiting for your answer.
- Redo sits with your question: the redo button now appears on your own message and re-sends that question, clearing any leftover card from the previous answer.
- Fix: an instructor's next class no longer shows a class that is hidden from customers, archived or deleted.
