You can now control who adds customers to your classes with the Add customers to classes permission in Roles and Permissions.
- View lets staff book customers who have a valid pass. Edit also lets them book customers without a pass.
- Staff with this permission can add customers from a class's attendees list and save, even if their role cannot edit the class itself.
- Staff whose role does not allow adding customers now see a clear Permission denied message instead of the booking form.
- When a View-only staff member has not picked a pass, a note reminds them that the customer needs a valid pass to be added to the class.
